Father ’stabbed four-year-old son to death and slashed teenage daughter to take revenge on his cheating wife’
A jealous husband took revenge on his cheating wife by stabbing their four-year-old son to death and trying to murder their teenage daughter in a horrific knife rampage, a court heard yesterday.
Christopher Hawkins, 47, said ’sorry’ to 14-year-old Donna before repeatedly stabbing her in a frenzied attack at his home, the court was told.
He then said “I’ve got to kill Ryan now” and turned on the terrified child as the teenager managed to unlock the door and stumble outside.
Donna suffered 13 stab wounds and emergency first aid by people in the street helped save her life.
