Kärpät in the finals

Kärpät of Oulu made it to the finals in Finnish Hockey League. Team won their fourth game 3-7 in semifinals against Tappara of Tampere and with the victory they secured their position in the final with four wins against none.

Kärpät is in the finals for the fifth time in the last six seasons.

They meet in the finals the winner of other semifinal pair Espoo Blues - Jokerit Helsinki. Jokerit has won three games over one and has the chance to finish the semifinal on Monday in Espoo.
